Information for the symposium organizers and participants

  1. All speakers, including both at a symposium and in plenary sessions, should leave their presentation file(s) at the lobby of TERRSSA Hall at least 3 hours prior to the start of the appropriate symposium/session. The local committee will accept presentation files from 16:00, July 13.
  2. Your symposium speakers MUST complete their registration for ICA14 before their presentations.
  3. A symposia can occupy the assigned meeting room starting 30 min prior to the official start time and for 45 min before the next symposium/ up to 20 min before the next assignment. Please follow your program as much as possible for other participants and try to finish on time to permit moving among symposia,
  4. Local committee members and your session coordinator will be at the congress desk or in some cases at your symposium to provide assistance.
  5. All presentation files will be sent to a PC at the relevant symposium through LAN before it starts.
  6. There are 2 wired and 1 unwired microphones and 1 laser pointer in each room. At least, one local committee member will help the symposium with light, microphones and computer.
